
Bones. That's right, "BONES." Dinosaurs had them, we have them, houses have them. Before the electricians and the plumbers and the painters and the door-to-door salespeople come, there are the framers putting up the bones.
ISOLA HOMES is building in Seattle so fast and so much that framers are difficult to come by, especially good ones. So putting together a team on short notice falls under the category of Special Project, and that's where TULA came in.

This is a row of six homes, complete with shared walls, shear walls, mixed walls and floating floors, mammoth crawl spaces, sill plates, all of it. And the timeline is relatively tight.
