TULA'S Antonio Lazo takes a break in this mid-century project in South Beacon Hill.

To the right you'll notice a wall that runs into the kitche . . . oh, wait, actually we took that out, and opened up the kitchen to the living room and the light. Notice in the top image there is no support beam where the wall used to be. There's a reason for that and it wasn't easy - the owner wanted a flat ceiling, and so we implemented some specific magic and now the wall is gone, the beam is hidden and the ceiling is flat, and wait 'till you see the finished kitchen. Stay tuned.
