This Madrona home had a lot of room for extras, and so Tula was there to push out the first floor living room, and push out an upstairs bedroom, adding massive window space and a small view porch facing Lake Washington.
Tula also expanded the back yard by adding a concrete retaining wall, and a wooden deck off the house's back door, complete with jacuzzi.
Whatever you see starting at the fireplace brick simply wasn't there before. Tula built out the living room, added the fireplace and the big view windows.
This was something of a delicate demolition. Where you see book cases and an art wall no was a prior fireplace.
