Queen Anne is a hot spot for classic buildings with timeless features. This apartment on Queen Anne's east slope is one of them, with heavy trim, wavy glass windows and interior French doors. TULA has worked on a few buildings like this for the same owner, who appreciates historic Seattle structures.
To keep as much of the original work as possible, TULA went in and and scoured one unit with a deep and careful cleaning. The floors were worn, and so we stripped numerous layers of old flooring, leveled serious slants, and then sent in our secret weapon, a talented painter to handle the heavy whip cream textures of the old plaster, and the copious amounts of trim.
Stay tuned for updated images as this project continues.
